Migraine again.
Too frequent, I think it is time for me to keep track what is the root cause.

Weather: Sunny
Venue: After lunch + office
Custome: BYSI purple dress + 束腹裤
Breakfast: 1bar of Uncle tobys - Yoghurt topps (Mango & Passionfruit) + Hot Milo
Lunch: Bao xi restaurant (Chicken Rice, Curry fish head, Dry chilli petai prawn, Fried sotong, Fried "Wu xiang", Vegatables
Sleeping hour: 11pm plus till 730am, as usual.
